How to Send an Invite to Join ClockitUp

Inviting team members to your ClockitUp workspace is a straightforward process that ensures your entire team is on board and ready to utilize the powerful time tracking features. Follow these simple steps to seamlessly add new members to your ClockitUp account.

Step 1: Access Workplace Settings

Start by logging into your ClockitUp account. Once you’re on the dashboard, navigate to the “Workplace Settings” section. This can typically be found in the main menu or under your account settings.

Step 2: Manage Members

Within the “Workplace Settings” menu, select “Manage Members.” This option allows you to oversee and modify the list of individuals associated with your workspace, including adding new members.

Step 3: Initiate an Invite

Look for the “Invite” button, usually located at the top right corner of the “Manage Members” page. Click this button to start the invitation process.

Step 4: Enter Email Address

A prompt will appear where you need to enter the email address of the person you wish to invite. Ensure you input the correct email to avoid any issues with delivery.

Step 5: Send the Invitation

After entering the email address, click on the “Send Invite” button. This action will dispatch an invitation email to the recipient, inviting them to join your ClockitUp workspace.
