How to Delete a Member

Efficiently managing your team on ClockitUp is crucial for maintaining smooth operations. If you need to remove a member from your workspace, follow these steps below.

Step 1: Navigate to “Workplace Setting”

Begin by accessing the main menu of your ClockitUp dashboard. Under this menu, locate and click on the “Workplace Setting” option. This is where you can configure various aspects of your workspace.

Step 2: Select “Manage Members”

Within the Workplace Setting section, find and select the “Manage Members” option. This will bring up a list of all members currently associated with your workspace, allowing you to make the necessary changes.

Step 3: Choose the Member to Delete

Scroll through the list or use the search function to find the specific member you wish to delete. Click on their name to open their profile details.

Step 4: Initiate the Deletion Process

In the bottom right corner of the member’s profile page, you’ll see the “Begin Deletion” button. Click on it to start the deletion process.

Step 5: Confirm the Deletion

A dialogue box will pop up, prompting you to fill in any required details, such as the reason for deletion. After entering the necessary information, click the “Delete” button to permanently remove the member from your workspace.
